Smoking sucks

My dearest beauties,

If you are a smoker as I am, please listen up : smoking sucks ! I know you know all the talk by now, and you really don’t want to hear it. But please take the time just to read this and remember that I am one hell of a cigarette addict. I have quit !

That’s right : no more cigarettes for this girl. No sir ! I have quit smoking several times in my life. And each time I found myself a viable reason to start again. Until this winter. I noticed I had lost the spring in my step. I would wake up each morning feeling tired and worn out. I smelled horrible and had the constant impression to be dragged down by the negativity that smoking entails.

I had had enough. One of the things I desire the most in my life is to be the best possible version of myself. I find this important because I want to show my kids the most happiest mommy ever. And a happy mommy is a healthy mommy. How can I be that when I stink of cigarettes and am feeling tired from the word ‘go’.

Something had to change

One day I decided enough was enough and I got myself nicotine plastered. Never have I felt so good in my entire life. Combine the ‘no smoking’ lifestyle with yoga, meditation, workouts and a bunch of vitamines and probiotics. I am a new person. I am glowing. I am energetic. And I am happy.

If you’re like most people, your life might be out of balance. And that imbalance could be one of the things that is sabotaging your energy and life goal efforts!

It’s crucial to actively work on optimizing your balance in life, which is constantly being thrown off by the polluted world we live in, stress, additives in the food supply, free radicals and heavy metals all around, etc. so you have the best nutrient absorption and feel and look your very best.

All you need to do is focus on the right kind of friendly mind talk you give to yourself. This friendly self-talk may be far more important than you realize.

In a perfect world, we’d get all the nutritients from healthy plants which get them from the soil — the way nature intended it. The problem is that most plants these days are grown in depleted soil. No wonder our body is left feeling depleted. If you smoke, you are taking away from your system those rare building blocks that help us feel happy.
