Is it OK to be a little selfish at Christmas?

“Good morning,” I trill with a high pitched voice down the phone, clearly stressed out of my eyeballs. “We are moving. Such stressssss.  Thanks for the blogs. So far it is the Secret to Happiness and What is Love which is most successful. Not suprising really.”

“Ok,” the Mentalist takes in this information carefully. “I will reread them and expand them.”

Happy Christmas, my darlings! Do you ever feel stuck, confused or unsure of how to move forward in your life? I have (many times).

It’s not a fun space to be in.

The stress is toxic. The ambiguity and uncertainty get exhausting. Plus, it’s impossible to make smart decisions when you’re consumed with self-doubt.

But here’s the good news.

All the wisdom you need is inside of you right now.

You just need a little help to uncover it! On our blog Mordecai the Mentalist, we’re talking about wrestling with some big life crossroads.

After just a few minutes of coaching, each woman can find the truth and clarity she needed to move ahead.

Learning how to make tough life decisions is a skill you can develop — the articles on my blog show you how.

I want to make sure you’ve got the support you need to keep growing!

Whether you are single, in a loving relationship or getting over a divorce — you deserve a life that lights you up. It’s not selfish.

Don’t settle for mediocrity. Don’t allow yourself to stay in a headspace of “I don’t know what to do” or “I don’t know what I want” or “I can’t see a way forward.”

I promise you have what it takes, my dears.

Everything really is figureoutable.

With so much Christmas love,

P.S. If you’ve got friends, family or colleagues in the midst of making some life decisions, forward this blog post.
